GMP offers a home delivery service in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Who is eligible to use GMP home delivery service?

To use GMP home delivery service you must be a non-Muslim and over 21 years of age.

Where does GMP home delivery service deliver to?

We deliver to all registered addresses in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Do you deliver to Dubai?

No, we only deliver to registered addresses in Abu Dhabi.

What are the delivery hours GMP Home Delivery Home Delivery?

We deliver between 12pm-8pm, 6 days a week. Except Fridays.

How will I know if my Home Delivery order has been processed?

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation from GMP Home Delivery confirming the order. If you process an order and do not receive the confirmation email please contact us at info@gmpdelivery.com

How long will it take to receive my Home Delivery?

If you place your order before 12 midday, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours.  We will aim to agree a delivery slot and send you an SMS around 2 hours in advance of the delivery.

Can I get same day Home Delivery in Abu Dhabi?

Currently, we do not offer same day delivery. This is a service that maybe available in the near future.

Is there a delivery charge for Home Delivery?

GMP offers Free Delivery.

Do I need to order a minimum value to be eligible for Home Delivery in Abu Dhabi?

Yes, the minimum order value is AED 150 (including all Taxes).

How do I pay for my Home Delivery order?

We can only accept Credit Card payment on delivery at the moment. Online and Cash on delivery (COD) will be available soon.

If I order Home Delivery, can I pay cash or credit card on delivery?

Only Credit Card payments are accepted at the time of delivery.

Can I amend a Home Delivery order once it has been processed online?

Are all the products available in the Gray Mackenzie Shops also available for Home Delivery?

Not at the moment, but we are continuously adding products to www.gmpdelivery.com

Can I get the same discounts when ordering online as I get in the GMP stores?

Our website offers competitive prices and very exciting promotions, which also include a Free standard delivery if your order exceed AED 150 only.

How will GMP deliver my order to my Abu Dhabi address?

Your order will be delivered to you in a refrigerated truck or van. Our team will call/SMS you to confirm the delivery time. At the time of delivery, you will be required to present a valid ID (Emirates ID, Original Passport or Drivers Licence). Only the person who placed the order can receive the goods.

What health and safety measures do the delivery team follow?

All our goods and delivery trucks are regularly sanitised. Our delivery team are well trained and use the utmost care when delivering goods. The teams wear a face mask and maintain a safe distance during the delivery.

Do I need to pay Tax  when using Home Delivery?

All orders include the 5% VAT and 30% Municipality Tax being being delivered.

GMP are the official distributors of some of the biggest beverage producers in the world. All our goods are transported within a temperature controlled environment ensuring the best quality is maintained throughout the supply chain process.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

GMP offers a 100% quality guarantee for any purchase you make online with our Home Delivery service. If you have any concerns please contact our team and we will arrange a replacement product for you. How long will a refund take?

In the instance where you are eligible for a refund, this will be made to your credit/debit card and will take approximately 7 working days depending on your bank.
